Subtle Art Of Not Giving A F*ck Review (2)

Updated: Sep 8, 2020

This is a continuation of the review from Saturday’s post, today’s will be focusing on how I found the book and how it changed me.

Mark Manson says “the solution for one problem is the creation of another” the book tells us not to always try and get away from our problems. Instead we should embrace these problems only then can we find the courage and confidence we seek. For me this hits the nail on the head, I often overthink problems and how to solve them, and that lands me in bigger problems and so from now on; I don’t overthink or premeditate solutions I just face the problem head on.

The book taught me the hurtful truth about life in the 21st Century. How me and many others are now so accustomed to finding rage in even the smallest of things.

The smallest inconvenience becomes a big issue and that’s a problem in itself because; we should start giving less f*cks about everything. The more f*cks we give, the more problems we will find.

Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this book to absolutely anyone and everyone, even my brother who doesn’t enjoy reading enjoyed this book.

Thank you for reading, as always, see you on the next post,
